This guide is to advise the steps to take in case P6 is unlaunchable on PROJECT CLOUD / LoadSpring.
There are two recomended procedures for such case. Details of how is noted under "Detailed Steps".
#1. Terminate active Citrix Session from PROJECT CLOUD / LoadSpring platfrom

#1. Terminate active Citrix Session from PROJECT CLOUD / LoadSpring platfrom
<Steps>
1. Click [ V ] on the right side of user name, located on right hand top of PROJECT CLOUD portal
2. Click "My Active Session]"from the displayed options
3. If there's an active citrix session listed on Active Session , click on delete icon (trash icon)
4. Click "End Sesseion"
5. Upon confirming session deleted, click "Close"
6. Click P6 icon to launch

<Steps>
1. Right click on Citrix Workspace icon from the bottom tool bar
2. From the option displayed (below), click "Connection Center (C)"
3. If there's a session displayed as result, click on the server (folder icon) and the click "Disconnect(D)"
If no connection is listed, go to step 4
4. Upon confirming Session is deleted, click "Close"
5. Click "Advanced Settings (A)" from the options when right clicking Citrix Workspace Icon
6. Click "Reset Citrix Workspace" to disconnect all possible process that may be running in the backend
7. On confirmation screen (to proceed reset), click "Yes, will reset Citrix Workspace (Y)"
8. Confirm Citrix Workspace setting is back to default and click "OK"
9. Click P6 icon to launch
